I grew up in the very southwestern corner of WI in a small town right on the Mississippi River. I have a twin sister and while we both have a huge passion for helping others, our personalities are very different – just ask anyone who knows us!

My first post-secondary education was in court reporting at Madison College. I realized early on that while I loved the skill, I needed to pursue a career that fostered my love of working directly with people. I moved into supervisory management courses and finally secured my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. I also have a few classes under my belt in an organizational change leadership master’s program.

My career path is more of a crooked hike through the woods versus any resemblance to a straight line. I’ve worked a variety of roles in manufacturing, insurance, education, government, contact centers and healthcare. I love being able to take my experience from one role and apply it in a completely different environment. I have a passion for building and leading teams, visioning and strategic planning, yet also am the devil in the details! I enjoy helping others see their potential and mentoring them through that growth.

While I’m not working, I spend as much time as possible with my daughters, family and friends. I also love volunteering and giving back to others. I don’t sit still well, so I stay busy both mentally and physically. My pinball brain is always going!
