Case Study :: Paine Art Center and Gardens

A historic estate located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, The Paine Art Center and Gardens is home to an art museum, historic mansion, and botanical gardens. The Paine Art Center and Gardens wanted to increase planned giving among community members. Board members understood that planned giving is a complex topic – one that frightens and overwhelms many prospective donors.

We created an eye-catching planned giving guide to encourage residents to include the Paine in their wills or estate plans. The guide made planned giving understandable and approachable, giving donors enough information to share what they'd like to do with their attorneys, accountants and financial planners. After being mailed, the piece attracted a great deal of attention.
