Aggressively extroverted and a compulsive gum-chewer, I embrace my inability to sit still and instead choose to stay curious. I have passion for people and animals, business with a mission and library books.
When I’m not telling stories or shout-laughing, I can be found somewhere with a book and my cats, Neo and Batman, or playing endless fetch with my golden retriever/marshmallow mix, Bella. I enjoy a lovely trifecta of CrossFit, ballet and yoga to keep me active and guessing. My family is absolutely the most important aspect of my life. I cherish our long dinners, miscellaneous bike rides and all of their wonderful advice.
My career journey has been widely varied yet focused around the theme of keeping me passionate, interested and challenged. An English major by education, I found my way into human resources through an incredible mentor at Plexus Corp during an internship after college. I’ve held a variety of HR roles at Oshkosh Corporation – Defense and Kimberly Clark Corporation and spent time working in the non-profit arena with Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services, responsible for education and outreach in schools and the broader community. HR is a great blend of my interest in the human story and my drive to see individuals and businesses reach their full potential. I am so thrilled to channel these interests and my energy into this role at Blue Door Consulting where I support continued business growth, hire the best talent and maintain the integrity of our remarkable culture.
