Some people say my life is crazy … in a good way, I think. My life is fast-paced because that’s how I like it. I am always trying to learn something new, experience firsts, find the best solution and, of course, love the fun along the way.
I grew up in De Pere, WI and now live just 10 miles from my childhood home. I have a degree in Communications from UW-Stevens Point and surprised my dad when I was able to get a “real” job with that degree. He thought I was already an “expert” at communicating by the time I reached middle school.
I have been in the workforce for nearly 15 years and have been fortunate to experience the marketing nuances in nonprofit, private and public sector environments. I have a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences using data to drive positive change and have a wealth of experience developing and upgrading company websites. I’ve been told by others I have a keen ability to see the start, the finish and everything in between, a skill I use to its fullest here at Blue Door Consulting.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending as much time as possible with my husband and two teenage boys. Their existence in general keeps us very, very busy, but we do our best to spend as much time as possible at our “tiny home” in Upper Michigan where we fish, hike and just relax. Simply put … 500 square feet of togetherness makes for a lot of great stories.
