Seize the day. Share the love.
That’s our vision. We live it with each other and with our clients. We give praise and recognition when it’s due. We celebrate wins. We give each other high fives. And, when it’s impossible to high-five a virtual team member, we send gold stars. Celebrating the small stuff is important.
Our team members want to be challenged, engage with changing technologies and online innovations, enjoy critical thinking and push themselves as well as our clients. Most of all, our company manifesto is this: care and give 150%. We care about each other, our clients and our work. We are family, and we expect the most out of each other.
A typical day? Get your surf board ready.
Describing a “typical day” at Blue Door Consulting is like surfing. We ride the wave … and the next, and the next. No matter the size of the wave or weather condition, no matter if it causes us to fall off ten thousand times or if it carries us successfully to the beach—we go with the flow. We can’t control the oceans; we can only adapt to the situations with positivity, humility and determination.
Because we are in this together, it makes adapting to changing conditions easier. Even our office space fosters togetherness. Located in a renovated firehouse, Blue Door Consulting’s office provides a creative, open-concept workspace with lots of extra team-building perks, including frequent office lunches, stocked employee refrigerators and after-hours get-togethers, along with a cozy fireplace and seating area. We also offer the ability to flex your schedule or work from home when it’s more convenient for you.
