Caitlyn Phillips Portrait

Harmony, Connectedness, Arranger, Positivity, Developer

Growing up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, I dreamed about getting out of the city and experiencing all the world had to offer. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, I moved to Chicago for a job at a social media startup that specialized in the hospitality industry. (Ideal for a self-proclaimed world traveler, right?)

Over the next six years, my love of social media and travel deepened. I got the opportunity to visit clients across the country, gaining invaluable experience building client relationships and turning marketing strategies into social media stories.

Eventually, I found myself wanting to make a change and missing the close-knit community I had back home. I could not be more excited to be back in Oshkosh and make Blue Door Consulting my new home. As a product of the Youth Leadership Oshkosh program, I am looking forward to giving back and building up the next generation of leaders in the community.

When I am not scrolling through Instagram® or bingeing the latest Netflix® show, I enjoy spending time with my family, searching for my next favorite coffee shop, being ignored by my cat, Olivia, and discovering new music to play on my record player.
