More About Patrick
I’ve always loved working with creative people. Perhaps, it’s that part of me that enjoys an abstract puzzle. I’m always trying to bring resolve to very complex situations.
Once The Edge (of U2) handed me my diploma from Berklee, I found my financial needs and entrepreneurial talents spun me right into the front lines of live concert promoting! I learnt everything hands on, from planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to negotiating traditional media buys. I eventually ramped up to Director of Marketing for 450+ concerts a year.
In 2020 the lockdowns forced me to pivot into an essential industry, which ended up being the high growth cannabis industry. I worked with two large companies in the space and was exposed to the nuances of marketing a controlled substance. This led me to define my personal goal of diversifying my experience across more industries.
Outside of Blue Door Consulting, I savor every moment with my family. My family dances together, even when there is no music playing. Our dachshund Finley likes to think she’s a cat, and our Frenchie Leonard is the life of the party—and acting neighborhood mayor. Personal hobbies include making music, investing in stocks, and hitting the beach!
