The Results
Blue Door Consulting configured a brand discovery process for Medix Dental IT that included competitor analysis, stakeholder interviews, prospect research, market analysis and insights development. Key findings: Other firms offered the same service, but took a very different approach. While competitor brands used traditional IT speak and imagery, Medix Dental IT was approachable, caring and easy-to-understand. After the brand research, Blue Door Consulting helped develop brand guidelines and marketing materials, including print collateral, video and an industry-leading eBook. Blue Door Consulting also collaborated with the Medix Dental IT-selected web development firm, creating architecture and content for a new website. The results were a 22% increase in new web users after the site launch.
