IVI, Inc. 

Challenge

Northeast Wisconsin-based IVI Inc. wanted to gain broader awareness in the B2B market and improve lead generation for its industrial ventilation products. IVI, which services the United States, as well as Canada and Mexico, had been working with Blue Door Consulting for several years to build an online presence but now wanted to use that presence to boost sales.


Strategy

Attract new website visitors. Blue Door Consulting implemented and continued to refine a content marketing plan and search engine marketing (SEM) with a goal of attracting new visitors to the IVI website.

Increase return website visitors. To position IVI as a thought leader in the industrial ventilation industry, a comprehensive content marketing strategy was adopted. Educational, informative infographics and video were introduced keep visitors coming back to the website.

Increase number of RFQs received. With this content marketing strategy, we implemented a SEM campaign to promote IVI’s industrial ventilation services and 
increase the number of requests for quotes through the website.

 

Results

  • 145 QUALIFIED REQUESTS for quotes through the website in 2015 and 2016.

  • 119INCREASE in new monthly website visitors since 2014. Return visits increased 5.4% between 2015 and 2016.

  • 374INCREASE in the time visitors spent on the IVI website.
