I’m a compulsive do-er, never say no-er, and a can’t sit still-er. Whether it’s at work or the next big adventure, yes is my magic word. My short life so far has been a series of fortunate opportunities to explore the world and endless chances to chase the black hole of knowledge.
Currently a student at the University of Denver, I study communications, marketing, international studies, and political law. My busy schedule leaves just enough time for my internship here at Blue Door Consulting, skiing on the weekend, leading my sorority in academic initiatives and support, participating in cooking club… and not much else! Thankfully, that’s just the way I like it. Growing up I played soccer, ran cross-country and danced ballet (all in one season!), and I also somehow managed to fill the minimal extra time I had with my love for music. Fortunately, or perhaps unfortunately at times, I never grew out of that endless bucket of childhood energy and still truly enjoy a wildly busy life.
Since returning from studying abroad in the Czech Republic, the communication field has never felt more salient. Language barriers are but one of many challenges communicators work to overcome on a daily basis. Here at Blue Door Consulting, I love the challenge of finding the best way to communicate to consumers across the vast scope of clients and industries with whom we work.
When I do find a moment of free time, you can usually find me running, shamelessly rocking out in my car to some sweet jams, or planning my next traveling adventure.
